My third plugin

Don't you think the WordPress backend is just sooo boring? Time to do something about it. I've pulled together all my resources, and here's the solution. We're just going to add a background image—colorful and vibrant! And if you like, you can even add an overlay and blur (I can't quite do without a few buzzwords). Have fun with it!
